Extended Warranty
This limited warranty is extended only to you, the original purchaser, and not to anyone who may purchase your vehicle from you during the term of the warranty. This limited warranty is made by independent repair facility (Continental Imports of Gainesville) who is so named on the original repair invoice and performed the service/repairs on your vehicle. This warranty may be honored by other facilities participating in this program, or other authorized nonparticipating facilities anywhere in the United States.

We regret that we cannot accept factory vehicle warranties. As a dealer alternative, Continental Imports is able to offer you service of the highest quality at a reasonable price. Since we are an independent repair shop, we are able to be more efficient and to save on the massive overhead costs associated with operating as a dealer, but we cannot do ANY factory warranty or recall work.

If you want to see if your vehicle has any open recalls, have your VIN # available and check on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s Recall Look-up website at https://vinrcl.safercar.gov/vin/
Continental Imports gladly accepts Extended Warranties!
Do you have an Extended Warranty? If you do, please bring your contract and warranty information when you drop off your vehicle for servicing. We will be happy to assist you with your vehicle and in dealing with your extended warranty. We work with virtually all extended warranty companies, and we take care of all the details for you. There’s no need to return to the dealer.
If you do not currently have an extended warranty, and you are planning to keep your vehicle well beyond its factory warranty period, you may want to consider purchasing an extended warranty. An extended warranty can deliver peace of mind while saving you literally thousands of dollars. We see these policies pay off every day for our customers.
